ICF Wins $14.5 Million Re-compete Contract with Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

ICF Re-selected as Third-party Administrator of Pennsylvania Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Fund

ICF (NASDAQ:ICFI), a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, was recently awarded a re-compete contract with Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Insurance Department, Bureau of Special Funds. The contract has a value of $14.5 million and a term of five years with five additional one-year option periods.

Under Å·²©ÓéÀÖ contract, ICF will continue to administer claims for reimbursement from owners/operators of regulated underground storage tanks (UST) and designated non-regulated commercial heating oil tanks located within Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The funds collected through Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Fund (USTIF) are used for claim payments to eligible UST owners/operators for damages caused by petroleum and oÅ·²©ÓéÀÖr releases from Å·²©ÓéÀÖir leaking USTs.
