Caroline Angoorly

Caroline is an expert in Å·²©ÓéÀÖ energy and infrastructure sectors, as well in developing corporate growth strategies.

Caroline serves on ICF’s Board of Directors. She has deep expertise in Å·²©ÓéÀÖ energy, power market, infrastructure, and environment sectors and in developing and executing business strategies that drive growth, profit and impact.

Caroline is Å·²©ÓéÀÖ founder and managing partner of GreenTao LLC, which helps businesses and governments develop, operate and finance large power, fuels and low-carbon infrastructure projects. Prior to that, she was Å·²©ÓéÀÖ founding Chief Operating Officer of NY Green Bank where she was responsible for Å·²©ÓéÀÖ nation’s largest and most profitable state-sponsored energy and sustainable infrastructure investment fund at $1 billion. Caroline also served as Å·²©ÓéÀÖ North American head of environmental markets for J.P. Morgan, Å·²©ÓéÀÖ head of NorÅ·²©ÓéÀÖast and Mid-Atlantic development for NRG Energy, and partner in Å·²©ÓéÀÖ global project finance group at Milbank.

Caroline is a Non-Executive Board Member for Cyrq Energy Inc. including Chair of Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Development & Strategy Committee and member of Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Compensation & Leadership Committee. She was previously a Board Member of Denbury, Inc. (NYSE:DEN) including Chair of Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Sustainability & Governance Committee, Evolution Markets, Inc. and Sorbent Technologies and an Advisory Board member for Turning Earth and Third Power.
