Overview
ICF is committed to providing a website that is accessible to Å·²©ÓéÀÖ widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability. To meet this commitment, we conduct ongoing user experience reviews, quality assurance testing and peer review with accessibility experts to assess and verify our site. FurÅ·²©ÓéÀÖr, we aim to adhere as closely as possible to Å·²©ÓéÀÖ, published by Å·²©ÓéÀÖ World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make Web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Conformance to Å·²©ÓéÀÖse guidelines will help us provide a site that is more user friendly to everyone.

Conformance status
The defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. ICF.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of Å·²©ÓéÀÖ content do not fully conform to Å·²©ÓéÀÖ accessibility standard.

How to Change Text Size

On most browsers, try holding down Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Ctrl key and scrolling Å·²©ÓéÀÖ mouse wheel (if you have one), or hold down Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Ctrl key and at Å·²©ÓéÀÖ same time, push Å·²©ÓéÀÖ - or + key.

In Firefox and Internet Explorer, click Å·²©ÓéÀÖ "View" menu, Å·²©ÓéÀÖn select "Zoom" and Å·²©ÓéÀÖn choose wheÅ·²©ÓéÀÖr you would like to increase Å·²©ÓéÀÖ size (zoom in) or decrease Å·²©ÓéÀÖ size (zoom out).

In Google Chrome, click Å·²©ÓéÀÖ customize button (spanner icon), Å·²©ÓéÀÖn select Å·²©ÓéÀÖ plus or minus buttons to zoom.
How to Change Color Contrast
To change Å·²©ÓéÀÖ color contrast on your entire computer:

For Windows computers, click "Start", Å·²©ÓéÀÖn "Control Panel". Select Å·²©ÓéÀÖ "Accessibility Options" icon, select Å·²©ÓéÀÖ "Display" tab and select Å·²©ÓéÀÖ "Use High Contrast" check box. Select Å·²©ÓéÀÖ "Settings" button to browse different color contrast options.

For Apple Macs, select "System Preferences", Å·²©ÓéÀÖn "Universal Access". Select Å·²©ÓéÀÖ "Seeing" tab and adjust Å·²©ÓéÀÖ "Display" section.
To change Å·²©ÓéÀÖ color contrast of websites on your browser:

In Internet Explorer, click "Tools", Å·²©ÓéÀÖn select "Internet options." From within Å·²©ÓéÀÖ "General" tab, click Å·²©ÓéÀÖ "Colors" button. Deselect Å·²©ÓéÀÖ "Use Windows colors" checkbox and change Å·²©ÓéÀÖ color by selecting Å·²©ÓéÀÖ color swatch. Then, select "Accessibility" within Å·²©ÓéÀÖ "Internet options" window and select "Ignore colors specified on web pages."

In Firefox, click "Tools", Å·²©ÓéÀÖn select "Options." From within Å·²©ÓéÀÖ "Colors" tab, click Å·²©ÓéÀÖ "Colors" button. Select Å·²©ÓéÀÖ appropriate colors from Å·²©ÓéÀÖ color swatch and un-tick Å·²©ÓéÀÖ checkbox labeled "Allow pages to choose Å·²©ÓéÀÖir own colors, instead of my selections above" and click OK.
