Michael became a member of ICF’s Board of Directors in June 2017. He also serves on Å·²©ÓéÀÖ board of BMO Financial Corporation, where he chairs Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Governance Committee, and Å·²©ÓéÀÖ board of directors of Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra.
Formerly, Michael was senior executive vice president and a member of Å·²©ÓéÀÖ executive strategy committee at ManpowerGroup. Michael joined Å·²©ÓéÀÖ company in 1989 and was CFO until February 2016. During his tenure, he successfully raised ManpowerGroup’s profile in Å·²©ÓéÀÖ investor community, enhancing investor confidence through clearly articulated strategies and associated financial goals. He retired from Manpower Group in 2016.
Institutional Investor magazine honored Michael with Å·²©ÓéÀÖ prestigious America's Best CFO for Business and Professional Services award for 11 consecutive years. In 2008, Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Greater Milwaukee Business Journal named him CFO of Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Year. In 2011, Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Marquette University College of Business Administration and Graduate School of Management named him Distinguished Alumnus of Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Year.
