Michael became a member of ICF鈥檚 Board of Directors in June 2017. He also serves on 欧博娱乐 board of BMO Financial Corporation, where he chairs 欧博娱乐 Governance Committee, and 欧博娱乐 board of directors of 欧博娱乐 Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra.

Formerly, Michael was senior executive vice president and a member of 欧博娱乐 executive strategy committee at ManpowerGroup. Michael joined 欧博娱乐 company in 1989 and was CFO until February 2016. During his tenure, he successfully raised ManpowerGroup鈥檚 profile in 欧博娱乐 investor community, enhancing investor confidence through clearly articulated strategies and associated financial goals. He retired from Manpower Group in 2016.

Institutional Investor magazine honored Michael with 欧博娱乐 prestigious America's Best CFO for Business and Professional Services award for 11 consecutive years. In 2008, 欧博娱乐 Greater Milwaukee Business Journal named him CFO of 欧博娱乐 Year. In 2011, 欧博娱乐 Marquette University College of Business Administration and Graduate School of Management named him Distinguished Alumnus of 欧博娱乐 Year.
