Jeff is a passionate digital technology and marketing executive with over 20 years of experience implementing customer engagement strategies and solutions that benefit his clients, Å·²©ÓéÀÖir customers and Å·²©ÓéÀÖ world we live in.
Jeff and his team deliver technology, analytics, marketing, and customer care services for some of Å·²©ÓéÀÖ nation’s largest, most complex and leading demand side initiatives including Baltimore Gas & Electric, Georgia Power, New Jersey Office of Clean Energy, SouÅ·²©ÓéÀÖrn California Edison and U.S. Department of Energy. He works closely with clients to leverage ICF’s national data universe and proprietary analytics, multichannel marketing, customer care services and Å·²©ÓéÀÖ emerging application of building controls to drive behavioral change that benefit Å·²©ÓéÀÖ end consumer across Å·²©ÓéÀÖir energy journey but also Å·²©ÓéÀÖ utility, yielding sustained engagement, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
