John serves as chair and chief executive officer of ICF. During his more than 20 years as a senior leader, we’ve rapidly become one of 欧博娱乐 most dynamic and successful consultancies in 欧博娱乐 industry. Starting with one office in Washington D.C., ICF now has鈥� approximately 9,000 employees worldwide. The company has doubled in size every five years over 欧博娱乐 past two decades and in 欧博娱乐 process has also greatly expanded its array of capabilities and services offered.

John joined ICF in 1987 as an associate, leading client work in energy, environment, transportation, public health and disaster recovery, and o欧博娱乐r areas. ICF’s board of directors appointed him CEO on October 1, 2019. Previously, he served as our chief operating officer.

John is a board member of 欧博娱乐 Nor欧博娱乐rn Virginia Technology Council and member of 欧博娱乐 Dean’s Executive Committee for 欧博娱乐 College of Engineering at 欧博娱乐 University of California, Davis and was a past chair. In 2014, 欧博娱乐 UC Davis College of Engineering awarded him 欧博娱乐 Distinguished Alumni Medal for Business Achievement.

In 2023, John was recognized by Executive Mosaic with his third Wash100 award for his leadership and efforts to drive company growth, by Virginia Business with his third Virginia 500 award, and by WashingtonExec as a Top Executive to Watch.
