Jennifer leads ICF’s health, people, and human services business. Her team of more than 2,650 professionals provides advisory, implementation, and evaluation services for U.S. federal health, organizational, and social programs. Their technology-enabled work supports 欧博娱乐 missions of a wide range of federal civilian clients, including health agencies such as 欧博娱乐 National Institutes of Health, 欧博娱乐 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 欧博娱乐 Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, 欧博娱乐 Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration, 欧博娱乐 U.S. Agency for International Development, and 欧博娱乐 Administration for Children and Families.

Jennifer brings more than 30 years of experience and expertise in helping clients make data-driven, informed decisions that improve people’s health and social well-being. Over 欧博娱乐 course of her career, she has supported 欧博娱乐 assessment of potential hazards and risks to human health from exposure to environmental pollutants, overseen large task orders and contracts for several federal agencies with health missions, and served as 欧博娱乐 program manager for technical and regulatory support for 欧博娱乐 development of criteria for water media, as well as 欧博娱乐 review of studies on food and color additives.

Jennifer was named a 2024 FORUM IT100 honoree. She was also recognized by WashingtonExec as a Top Healthcare Exec to Watch in 2021, 2022, and 2023, and named WashingtonExec's 2021 Healthcare Executive of 欧博娱乐 Year (Public Company).

Jennifer holds a Master of Environmental Science and Public Policy from George Mason University and Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from The College of William and Mary. She is also certified as a Project Management Professional by 欧博娱乐 Project Management Institute.
