Jennifer brings more than 30 years of experience and expertise in helping clients use data and research to make informed decisions that improve people’s health and well-being.
Jennifer leads ICF’s health, people, and human services business. Her team of more than 2,650 professionals provides advisory, implementation, and evaluation services for U.S. federal health, organizational, and social programs. Their technology-enabled work supports Å·²©ÓéÀÖ missions of a wide range of federal civilian clients, including health agencies such as Å·²©ÓéÀÖ National Institutes of Health, Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration, Å·²©ÓéÀÖ U.S. Agency for International Development, and Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Administration for Children and Families.
Jennifer brings more than 30 years of experience and expertise in helping clients make data-driven, informed decisions that improve people’s health and social well-being. Over Å·²©ÓéÀÖ course of her career, she has supported Å·²©ÓéÀÖ assessment of potential hazards and risks to human health from exposure to environmental pollutants, overseen large task orders and contracts for several federal agencies with health missions, and served as Å·²©ÓéÀÖ program manager for technical and regulatory support for Å·²©ÓéÀÖ development of criteria for water media, as well as Å·²©ÓéÀÖ review of studies on food and color additives.
Jennifer was named a 2024 FORUM IT100 honoree. She was also recognized by WashingtonExec as a Top Healthcare Exec to Watch in 2021, 2022, and 2023, and named WashingtonExec's 2021 Healthcare Executive of Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Year (Public Company).
Jennifer holds a Master of Environmental Science and Public Policy from George Mason University and Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from The College of William and Mary. She is also certified as a Project Management Professional by Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Project Management Institute.
