Usage

Customers: HCaTS is available to all U.S. Federal civilian and defense agencies.

Period of Performance: 10 year IDIQ. Task orders may extend an additional 5 years.

Ceiling: ICF’s HCaTS contracts have a combined capacity of $5.75 billion.

Task Order Types: Time & Materials, Fixed Price, and Cost Reimbursable

Pools: HCaTS is organized into two vendor pools by Å·²©ÓéÀÖ primary National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code. The multidisciplinary scope of HCaTS is Å·²©ÓéÀÖ same across all pools; Å·²©ÓéÀÖ selected NAICS code for each task order determines Å·²©ÓéÀÖ appropriate pool of vendors. ICF holds Å·²©ÓéÀÖ HCaTS contract in both Pools.
