This ICF white paper examines a distributable workforce and telework solutions that maximize its benefits—specifically telework promotion and telework implementation.

Establishing a distributable workforce is a way to strategically use telework to create broad benefit to regions, organizations, individual employees, and Å·²©ÓéÀÖ environment by:

  • Enhancing continuity of operations (COOP) in Å·²©ÓéÀÖ face of an emergency
  • Reducing traffic congestion and commute times
  • Improving organizational performance and lowering carbon footprint and costs
  • Enriching employees' work/life balance
