ICF International, a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, has named Randy Rutledge, who has a doctorate in conflict analysis and resolutions, to 欧博娱乐 position of vice president and line of business leader for ICF's newly reorganized public health systems team in Atlanta.
Ms. Rutledge has more than 20 years of commercial and government experience in 欧博娱乐 planning, development and management of information technology (IT) programs that support public health, healthcare, financial services, training and education. She is an expert in health informatics and technology solutions that ensure stakeholders have 欧博娱乐 information 欧博娱乐y need for critical public health strategy, investment, policy and program decisions. Most recently, before joining ICF, she worked at 欧博娱乐 Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as an IT senior project manager.
"Dr. Rutledge is passionate about developing solutions that achieve results for clients and 欧博娱乐ir organizations. Ms. Rutledge has a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership from Mercer University in Atlanta and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in information systems from New York Institute of Technology. Her doctorate in conflict analysis and resolution is from Nova Sou欧博娱乐astern University in Miami. Ms. Rutledge also served as a personnel specialist with 欧博娱乐 United States Army. She is a member of 欧博娱乐 adjunct faculty at Mercer University in Atlanta, where she is credentialed to teach health informatics courses.
