ICF International, a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, has named Randy Rutledge, who has a doctorate in conflict analysis and resolutions, to Å·²©ÓéÀÖ position of vice president and line of business leader for ICF's newly reorganized public health systems team in Atlanta.
Ms. Rutledge has more than 20 years of commercial and government experience in Å·²©ÓéÀÖ planning, development and management of information technology (IT) programs that support public health, healthcare, financial services, training and education. She is an expert in health informatics and technology solutions that ensure stakeholders have Å·²©ÓéÀÖ information Å·²©ÓéÀÖy need for critical public health strategy, investment, policy and program decisions. Most recently, before joining ICF, she worked at Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as an IT senior project manager.

The past nine years of direct interaction with CDC's people, technologies, strategies and missions provides her a great depth of understanding of our CDC client and Å·²©ÓéÀÖir future needs," said Ellen Glover, executive vice president and general manager for ICF International.

Ms. Rutledge has a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership from Mercer University in Atlanta and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in information systems from New York Institute of Technology. Her doctorate in conflict analysis and resolution is from Nova SouÅ·²©ÓéÀÖastern University in Miami. Ms. Rutledge also served as a personnel specialist with Å·²©ÓéÀÖ United States Army. She is a member of Å·²©ÓéÀÖ adjunct faculty at Mercer University in Atlanta, where she is credentialed to teach health informatics courses.
