Olson 1to1, Å·²©ÓéÀÖ loyalty and CRM division of ICF's (NASDAQ:ICFI) recently renamed ICF Olson group, is a leader among Customer Loyalty Solutions For Large Organizations, according to a new report by Forrester Research, a leading independent research company.
Forrester named a "leader," its top level in The Forrester Wave™: Customer Loyalty Solutions For Large Organizations, Q1 2016.

In Å·²©ÓéÀÖ report, Forrester evaluated loyalty companies as part of a thorough primary research assessment that considers Å·²©ÓéÀÖ current offering, strategy, and market presence of major loyalty providers. Forrester also considered Å·²©ÓéÀÖ ability "to deliver loyalty programs at scale, manage numerous integrations with legacy environments, and manage large volumes of member interactions and data" as a criteria for being in Å·²©ÓéÀÖ report.
