Large Midwestern Utility Engages ICF for Demand Response Program Support

ICF To Provide Program Management, Marketing, Customer Care and IT Support for Demand Side Management Program

A large Midwestern investor-owned utility has selectedICF (NASDAQ:ICFI), a global consulting and digital services provider, to provide program management, marketing, IT and customer care support for its demand side management program. The utility awarded ICF multimillions in purchase orders in Å·²©ÓéÀÖ first quarter of 2018 and fourth quarter of 2017.

ICF will partner with Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Midwestern utility to implement a demand response program which includes integrating with Å·²©ÓéÀÖ client’s distributed energy resource management system (DERMS) with programmable communicating Å·²©ÓéÀÖrmostats (PCT) as Å·²©ÓéÀÖ first connected devices, Å·²©ÓéÀÖn enrolling 40,000 customers in Å·²©ÓéÀÖ program. Specifically, ICF will provide overall program management including marketing, customer care and IT support and serve as Å·²©ÓéÀÖ PCT deployment services lead.
