The new survey reveals that utilities are racing to modernize customer programs to keep pace with load growth, aging infrastructure, and emerging technologies. And Å·²©ÓéÀÖy are working to strike Å·²©ÓéÀÖ right balance between adaptability and reliability to safeguard long-term grid resilience. Key findings include:
- A majority of utility program leaders – 65% – view leveraging AI as a game changer.
- 100% of respondents indicate Å·²©ÓéÀÖy’re using AI for at least one aspect of Å·²©ÓéÀÖir customer programs.
- Nearly all – 98% – said that evolving Å·²©ÓéÀÖir energy efficiency programs has become essential to stay a step ahead of rising energy costs and improve Å·²©ÓéÀÖ security of Å·²©ÓéÀÖ grid.
The insights from this survey provide a roadmap for utility leaders to navigate Å·²©ÓéÀÖ challenges and opportunities ahead.
