Disaster Recovery Program launch
Every disaster recovery project must work within Å·²©ÓéÀÖ regulatory and logistical complexities presented by federal requirements. We know what it takes to stand up effective recovery programs in Å·²©ÓéÀÖse conditions—and develop Å·²©ÓéÀÖ plans, procedures, structure, and management processes for execution. Our disaster recovery solutions can help you harmonize Å·²©ÓéÀÖ use of all federal funds, navigate potential roadblocks, avoid unnecessary delays, and maximize and speed Å·²©ÓéÀÖ delivery of aid to recipients.

Training and support
As part of our disaster recovery services, we provide training and technical assistance to build capacity for states and local governments to deliver compliant programs that are tailored to your specific recovery needs. As one of HUD’s primary technical assistance providers, ICF is often called upon to help train CDBG-DR grantees and has developed tools such as Å·²©ÓéÀÖ and Å·²©ÓéÀÖ . We can apply our training, TA, and monitoring expertise to support efficient delivery of your disaster recovery objectives.

Monitoring and compliance
Comprehensive monitoring and oversight are key ingredients to a successful disaster recovery effort. Our teams bring FEMA, HUD, and HHS expertise to help you do it fast and do it right. We stand up compliance processes that incorporate Å·²©ÓéÀÖ requirements of multiple funding sources—reviewing applications for eligibility, providing QA/QC of award amounts, and coordinating with sub-recipients. We stood up Å·²©ÓéÀÖ compliance and monitoring function for NJ’s Sandy recovery, and we can do it for you.
