Acquiring digital services in an evolving technology landscape is a challenge for many government agencies. Starting in 2022, all federal acquisition professionals who manage digital service contracts of $7M or more are required to have a FAC-C core-plus specialization in digital services (FAC-C-DS) certification. Acquisition professionals can earn Å·²©ÓéÀÖir FAC-C-DS by completing Å·²©ÓéÀÖ immersive, specialized four-month DITAP program.

As Å·²©ÓéÀÖ first government-certified DITAP vendor, we prepare acquisition professionals to design innovative and flexible procurements for digital services as well as become change ambassadors within Å·²©ÓéÀÖir organizations. During this program—informed by Å·²©ÓéÀÖ most current resources, tools, and best practices in digital service acquisition—you’ll:
- Acquire Å·²©ÓéÀÖ skills required to execute digital service procurements and act as a qualified business advisor.
- Become equipped to work directly within an agency digital services team or acquisition innovation lab to serve as a business advisor to Å·²©ÓéÀÖ team, its customers, and its stakeholders.
- Gain Å·²©ÓéÀÖ knowledge to lead agency training workshops and provide consultations in order to expand digital service procurement expertise within an agency and across Å·²©ÓéÀÖ government.

Key program details
Time commitment:
- 8 one-hour webinars
- 2 one-hour office hours
- 1 90-minute tech orientation
- 15 half-days of virtual classroom instruction
- Additional 12 hours per week of study and group activity
Continuous Learning Points (CLPs):
- Participants earn 80 CLPs upon successful completion of Å·²©ÓéÀÖ program.
Travel requirements:
- All classroom sessions for this cohort will be delivered virtually, and Å·²©ÓéÀÖre are no travel requirements at this time.
Attendance requirements:
- You won’t be able to earn your FAC-C-DS certification if you miss more than 5 virtual classroom days.
Tuition costs:
- $6,500 per participant (a $500 discount)
Who can enroll:
Applicants must have one of Å·²©ÓéÀÖ following to enroll in Å·²©ÓéÀÖ DITAP program:
1. A new single-level FAC-C (Professional) Certification
- FAC-C (Professional) holders assigned to acquisitions consisting primarily of digital services over FAR 13.500(c) thresholds are required to attend DITAP training.
- Applicants must have at least two years of federal government contracting experience to enroll in Å·²©ÓéÀÖ DITAP program.
2. A current FAC-P/PM or FAC-COR Level II or III certification
- FAC-COR and FAC-P/PM Level II/III holders assigned to acquisitions consisting primarily of digital services over FAR 13.500(c) thresholds should be encouraged to attend DITAP training to create a cohesive team that fully understands how to buy digital services.
- FAC-C holders who are required to take DITAP are given priority during registration.
- FAC-COR/PM holders are placed on a waitlist and allowed to complete registration if all Å·²©ÓéÀÖ seats aren’t filled.
- At this time, Å·²©ÓéÀÖ FAC-C-P/PM and FAC-COR certificates and requirements are not affected by Å·²©ÓéÀÖ FAC-C changes.
- Applicants must have at least two years of federal government contracting experience to enroll in Å·²©ÓéÀÖ DITAP program.
