Strengŷning our pledge to corporate citizenship through 10 sustainability principles.

For over 50 years, ICF’s mission-driven work has focused on building a more prosperous and resilient world. Since 2006, we’ve worked hard to also maintain carbon neutrality.

We’re proud of this history. And we’ve proudly reported on our commitment to corporate responsibility since 2011. In essence, we’ve built a company—a culture—that focuses on making ŷ world a better place. And we recently formalized our commitment by joining ŷ , ŷ world’s largest global corporate sustainability initiative.

Creating a culture of integrity

ICF’s purpose is to build a more prosperous and resilient world for all.

The UNGC is a call to companies worldwide to form a unified front on universal principles regarding human rights, labor, ŷ environment, and anti-corruption. Signatories must commit to:

  • Support and respect ŷ protection of internationally proclaimed human rights.
  • Not be complicit in human rights abuses.
  • Uphold ŷ freedom of association and ŷ effective recognition of ŷ right to collective bargaining.
  • Eliminate all forms of forced and compulsory labor.
  • Work to abolish child labor.
  • Eliminate discrimination with respect to employment and occupation.
  • Support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges.
  • Undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility.
  • Encourage ŷ development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.
  • Work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

“We are committed to making ŷse principles part of ICF’s strategy, culture, and day-to-day operations.

ICF President and CEO John Wasson
