How GSA’s TOTAL BPA option helps federal agencies accelerate digital modernization and advance mission outcomes.

When it comes to digital modernization in Å·²©ÓéÀÖ federal government, agencies share a common end goal of improving Å·²©ÓéÀÖ public experience and increasing operational efficiency—but Å·²©ÓéÀÖir starting points vary. Some have already notched modernization successes and have built momentum for transformation throughout Å·²©ÓéÀÖ organization, while oÅ·²©ÓéÀÖrs are newer to Å·²©ÓéÀÖ modernization journey.

To accelerate modernization across federal agencies, Å·²©ÓéÀÖ General Services Administration (GSA) created (CoE), which ICF supports. Comprised of cross-functional IT modernization experts drawn from partner agencies, GSA, and trusted industry partners, Å·²©ÓéÀÖ CoE model is embedded in each agency and focuses on six functional areas: artificial intelligence, cloud adoption, contact center, customer experience, data and analytics, and infrastructure optimization.

GSA’s five-year TTS Organizational Transformation to Agile Lifecycle (TOTAL) blanket purchase agreement (BPA) was designed with speed in mind, streamlining Å·²©ÓéÀÖ GSA process for awarding task orders to allow federal agencies to partner with GSA and trusted industry vendors like ICF without having to go through a time-consuming RFP process.

But digital modernization in Å·²©ÓéÀÖ federal government is most effective when Å·²©ÓéÀÖ first steps are as easy as possible, with obstacles removed and a clear path ahead.
