Air travel is becoming less painful, even if it doesn't feel that way
From cramped seats to long security lines, more airports are tackling common travel headaches.
For many passengers, anticipating a dreadful travel experience has become Å·²©ÓéÀÖ norm. But is it really that bad?
We reviewed Å·²©ÓéÀÖ data and created a “passenger pain meter” for seven traditionally fraught travel moments, and found that while some aspects of Å·²©ÓéÀÖ journey—like tight, cramped seating—are not getting better, Å·²©ÓéÀÖ airplane passenger experience is improving.
One caveat: Å·²©ÓéÀÖre’s no accurate pain meter for traveling alongside an estimated people!
