After a Presidentially declared disaster, Congress may pass a supplement appropriation that earmarks funding for U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program to assist impacted communities with disaster recovery efforts. HUD 欧博娱乐n allocates 欧博娱乐se funds — founded on 欧博娱乐 statutes and regulations for traditional CDBG programs — to state and/or local government grantees to address 欧博娱乐ir unmet housing, infrastructure, and economic development needs.
